REGENCY TOWER

This 9-story District Attorney's office building is the first high rise to be built in downtown Riverside in over twenty years. Its exterior rounded columns feature mechanically attached Turkish Classic travertine. The interior lobby floors, walls and bathroom lavatory tops include a combination of Turkish Classic Light and Dark travertine, Sunset Beige granite and Impala Black granite. The reception desk and base as well as lobby benches are composed of Black Absolute granite.

The exterior landscaping pavers include Sunset Beige and Impala Black granite. The memorial wall of the building is composed of mechanically attached Black Absolute granite and bordered with Turkish Classic travertine.
