William Morris Agency
This six story office tower in the heart of Beverly Hills will be the new offices of the William Morris Agency. The exterior façade of the building will be clad with Norwegian Emerald Pearl Granite. The main lobby’s interior walls, elevator lobby walls, grand staircase and staircase walls will feature Blue de Lille Limestone from France in a honed and flamed finish. The remaining elevator lobby walls will be clad with St. Nicolas Clair Limestone in a honed finish. All exterior balconies and planters throughout the building will be composed of Blue de Lille Limestone in a honed finish. The bathroom vanity tops will feature Calacatta Gold Marble.
