LA Live Hotel and Residence, the largest construction project in Los Angeles, is the latest addition to the downtown skyline. This expansive development includes the JW Marriot Hotel and Ritz Carlton Hotel. Each of the 878 rooms at the JW Marriot will include marble and ceramic tile in the bathrooms. The hotel’s exterior will feature mechanically attached Indian Pearl Grey Sandstone with a cleft finish, which will continue inside, cladding the walls in the main lobby. The floors in the main lobby, as well as the walls, reception desk and counter tops will include imported marble and granite.
The adjacent Conference Center will include granite treads, risers and stringers for the main stair case.
