The Concerto Tower, located in the heart of downtown LA is a grand 30-story 271-unit condominium project. The tower’s kitchen countertops and bathroom vanities will feature quartz surfacing. The showpiece of the tower is its main lobby staircase made of Vratza Beige Limestone. The large 3cm wall panels and 5cm-thick stair treads will be fabricated locally at SMG’s plant. To accurately execute the intricate design of the staircase, SMG used REVIT 3D software (in partnership with De Stefeno+Partners) to develop the stone layout and dimensions. All elevator lobby floors will be paved with Vratza Limestone.
The Concerto Lofts will feature 77 units with quartz surfacing for each of the units’ kitchen countertops and bathroom vanities, and Benjamin Grey Limestone lobby floor pavers and base.
