The exterior stone of the Excelsior Condominiums features a mechanically-attached Light Sienna Beige limestone. Each of the kitchens in this 100-unit condominium project, include quartz surface countertops and Botticino Classico marble vanity tops throughout the bathrooms. All fabrication for the condominiums was completed in-house at SMG.
The storefront of Kate Spade is mechanically-attached with Emerald Pearl granite and a Calacatta Gold marble border. The True Religion storefront consists of mechanically-attached Light Sienna Beige for exterior wall cladding; and the Guess boutique is composed of Dorado Classic limestone, also mechanically-attached.
