Located on the prominent Wilshire corridor, The Californian is a 96-unit luxury condominium project. The lobby flooring, walls, columns, fireplace and library seating areas are covered in cross-cut Italian Navona Travertine, which extends to the exterior paving of the building. For the interior units, a variety of marble and granite tiles were used for the floors and shower walls, with slab material for the kitchen and bathroom counter tops.
